organization. The following are the most popular methods we use
to put you in front of thousands of new advisors on a yearly basis.
Together with you we can offer the most comprehensive marketing
and selling process in the country. Keep in mind, once you have
established a powerful lead-generation seminar marketing system
and develop several seminar presentations, you will then begin to
attract the top producers by creating a greater interest level in
your products and in your company. These are the three (3) most
used methods to recruit many new agents:
RME makes it easy for you by providing
the necessary arrangements to hold 3 to 4 hour "live" recruiting
events in different areas of the country. We work with
you to procure the venues, the food, the audio/visual equipment
and to create the invitation mailing that will generate
80 to 200 new advisors to attend your recruiting session.
Our proven and unique invitation with admission tickets
is mailed out 2-3 weeks prior to your event to approx.10,000
advisors. You must supply at least two speakers to explain
the features and benefits of joining your company. Your "Live" testimonials
are a must with this format. We contribute to the event by speaking
on the subject of seminar marketing and going over our materials,
tips, do's and don'ts that will generate more affluent consumer
prospects to attend the advisor's seminars.
Our customized and proven Invitations are mailed out to a selected
advisor mailing list with the purpose of generating an RSVP in form
of an application. Once the teleconference application is received
by us, the advisors are called and given the private access phone
number and codes to participate in your recruiting and marketing
conference call. These calls typically last 1 hour or so and are
coordinated and handled entirely by our own internal telecommunications
department. We strongly put emphasis on your calls by trying to
motivate new advisors to join your organization.
When done correctly, direct mail becomes a very
powerful tool to generate leads from advisors that are interested
in receiving more information about your company. A letter and a
reply card are designed and sent out in our very unique Express
envelopes that will demand immediate attention. The content of your
letter describes the features and benefits of joining your organization.
Once you have received the reply card and after sending out an information
kit, you would schedule a person to person call to interview the
advisor and request a resume for further review.
RME uses several very reliable sources
to compile a recruiting mailing list for your promotion. Over 7
different lists are merged and processed to generate a proprietary
hybrid list of advisors to target for the different recruiting methods
