Robert K. Strauss, J.D. is a frequent speaker at major industry events including the International Forum, and has been a contributing author to many publications including National Underwriter Trusts & Estates Magazine, Performance Magazine, Institutional Investor and Senior Awareness.

He is the Founder and CEO of Emerging Money as well as inventor of Stock to Cash®. He is an honors graduate of the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and the Boston University School of Law. Mr. Strauss is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut. In 1984, he joined the New York City law firm of Epstein Becker & Green, where he practiced employment law, general corporate law and taxation. In 1990, Mr. Strauss chaired a division of the Probate and Trust Law Committee of the American Bar Association. Mr. Strauss also founded and served as Editor-In-Chief of the American Bar Association’s Trust & Estates Law Report, and co-authored and edited a book published by the ABA entitled Survivorship Life Insurance.
