

1. Call your Seminar Consultant at 1-800-795-2773 for a personalized marketing consultation. You will be asked to select zip codes in the area you want to target and provide your age and income criteria. We will send you the counts within 24 hours of your request. Please download and complete the Mailing List Research form included with the Order Forms (see below). Fill out all forms and then fax to us at (813) 885-8201 or email to your Seminar Consultant.

2. Fax or email the text for your invitation. If you don't have something in mind, request our sample letters from our stock library. You'll have to mix and match to come up with a letter fits your seminar. We can then customize a layout for you to review.
3. Look for a restaurant or country club in your area that will hold 30 to 40 people and can accommodate two to four dates for your seminars. Ask them to provide you with their logo. We'll scan it and include it in your invitation. This will give them free publicity and help you negotiate meal rates.
4. Download and complete the Order Forms. They have to be sent to us 33 days prior to your first seminar date (45 days for West Coast). This will give us all the information we need to proceed. Please use our timeline chart to calculate due dates and to assure a timely mailing. One of our customer service representatives will be following up with you continuously to keep you updated on the entire process.
5. After the mailing has been completed and delivered to the post office, we will send you samples and a printout of all prospects mailed, including telephone numbers where available.
