STEP 4 - THE MAIL DROPS AND YOUR PROSPECTS RSVP

As soon as your prospects receive your letter, a certain percentage of them will RSVP right away (probably about half of the 2.5% to 5% total response you will get). STEP 5 - WE TAKE YOUR RSVP INBOUND CALLS

One of the most important factors when marketing seminars is the ability to accept inbound RSVP calls from your prospects. Keep in mind, using you own office staff to take calls is risky because you are only open until 5:00 or 5:30 pm. Most responses seem to come at night when people are most likely to read their mail. STEP 6 - YOU HOLD YOUR SEMINAR

Now comes the event - this is where you get your chance to shine. And while you are not going to be selling product at this event - you will be selling yourself. At the end of your seminar, you will undoubtedly be setting some appointments with the attendees - but what will happen to those that get away?

WE CONDUCT FOLLOW-UP SURVEYS AND SET APPOINTMENTS ON YOUR BEHALF

If you are using us for the RSVP in-bound calls, we can now help you with your on-going prospecting since you now have a private database. A continuous effort to "drip" on your prospects will help you generate interest for your services. While you could of course follow-up with all the attendees that did not set an appointment at your seminar, there are two disadvantages to that plan:

  1. You are not a third party, so for those you cannot set, you may never find out why.
  2. You may not get around to following up! In a textbook world, everyone always does his or her own follow-up. In the real world... well many times, other things just seem to get in the way.
